Application process went efficiently, but the ID card I received had incorrect information printed on it and, therefore, had to be re-created and resent. The other reason for a less-than-stellar review is that upon using (or rather attempting to use) the link for find dispensaries in my area; no matter what zip code I entered, no results appeared. Obviously, not a user-friendly website. Definitely room for improvement.
