Ordered a renewal for me and daughter, they charged me for a new card for her which is almost twice as much. They couldn’t refund me at that time, wanted me to call back on Monday. Still haven’t received my card. I emailed them and again they couldn’t answer any questions told me to call back this Monday. I’m frustrated with them.
