The overall experience was easy. Dr didn't look me in the eyes on screen or really care what my situation was, which was fine I wasn't looking for advice, just a written referral. He completely read from a script. I asked for the $59 referral with no Id card, I checked my bank immediately because I didn't trust them and they charged me $79. I called back to let them know of the "error" they said I had to call a different number in a half hour. Nevertheless I did not get my money back and they sent me the ID card I didn't want. I haven't used the referral yet, I hope it actually works.
