First of all I'd like to point out that everything worked out in the end due to Dr Fu calling my phone.
However there were a couple of hiccups along the way I'd like to share in the interest of improving the experience for future users of your service.
1. Although in hindsight it is fairly obvious, it would be helpful to mention that a webcam is required in order to participate in the online doctor's visit.
2. After I registered and completed all the steps (personal info, credit card), there seems to have been an error on the site. After I clicked the button on a previous screen, I received an empty page. No error message or anything. If the doctor had not called me directly, I wouldn't have known what my next step should have been. It would be helpful to display a "need help?" link that will always show on the page in case someone gets stuck.

My husband and I both got recommendations from them and they charged bith of us more than what's written on the website. I selected just the recommendation for both of us, for $59, but they sent my husband the paper recommendation and a card, which is $20 more than just the recommendation. They charged me $64 for 2 copies of my recommendation. Again I selected the $59.00 recommendation only for both of is and we were charged $25 extra. I will never return and I will never recommend this place. Rip off!
