5/5 except I wish the string conditioner wasn't out of stock. An estimate of when it's expected back in stock would be nice (e.g. if it's expected back in stock tomorrow, I would've delayed my order a day so that I could get free shipping on everything. Probably won't buy it unless I order more strings [delayed revenue/potential missed opportunity]).
