Even if the only advantage to these strings was the balanced tension, they would be well worth the price! Because the tone is also superior and the longevity has yet to be determined (at least double or triple my previous brand), I almost feel guilty... as if I am really getting away with a steal! I am very satisfied, and proud to be a Stringjoy player.
