Had some trouble with setting up shipping information. Had to re-enter the saved information in order for it to register properly, otherwise it said that no shipping methods were used, but the shipping methods were hidden until I re-entered everything. I also ordered on a mobile device which may pertain to the problem.

i've been looking for a custom string option and these guys have it. so i'm ordering a set and will try them out. if i like them i may change string companies. right now i use dr string and like them very much but i can't custom order the string diameters.
