I was always wondering about the setup of SRV. Here i found it and its just how i like it. As soon you take the strings out of the box you can see the high quality. Feels and sounds good.

I’ve been playing various styles of music for the past 55 years. As a musician, songwriter, arranger and singer I am constantly looking for ways to improve. Whether “live” or in the studio the quality of equipment is of vital importance. Over the past several months I have been using Stringjoy Signatures on my Strats, Tele and Les Pauls. They definitely are ahead of the curve in every way and I recommend them highly. If you have not at least “experimented” with Stringjoys you owe it to yourself to do so. If you are serious about your music you need also to be serious about your strings.

Broke a string tuning up my Tele in an alternate tuning, hit them up right after and got a new string in 2 days.. right to my door from Tennessee to Pa., I can’t even get something delivered from Philly 30 miles down the road as fast as these hit my stoop.. literally the last order I placed to stringjoy I order 2 days after a package shipped to me from Philly, about 30 miles down the road, and the stringjoy package got to me, both via usps, a day sooner than the one from Philly, literally 30 miles down the road from me…

I broke a string setting my guitar up in Nashville tuning, went online and ordered a new one, in 2 days it was here at my door in PA from Nashville Tennessee

It’s a rag and it says “StringJoy” on it. I use to to wipe down my guiter and it works great for that. After ever few times I pop it in the wash and it come out looking as good as new.

Ok, I’ve used 2 sets of these strings now and also threw a few other sets of other brands as well as the naturals in the mix as well and I’m going to be completely honest with you guys.
I think that if you have a guiter that you don’t play a lot and want a set of strings that are going to sound good when you pick it up, then these are the strings for you hands down. But, if you’re someone who’s plays everyday for any significant amount of time and think these strings are going to last longer than any other set of strings then I don’t think it’s going to happen for you with these.
I don’t know, maybe I play my strings to long before swapping them out but I’ve talk to other folks, some that never change their strings at all and they say they’ve never seen this happen, but with all the strings I put on my guitar after about about 3-4 weeks, the Wound G more or less breaks apart on me.
The core wire will be fine, but the wrap wire Will break at multiple frets.
The first time I noticed there was a break at every fret and it was with a non stringjoy set of strings. I’ve tried a few different brands thinking maybe it was just “those strings” but they all do it.. I’ve had my Luther check out my frets and he said none of them feel sharp, and it’s not something that happens on any of my other wound strings. So I’ve got no clue, maybe I’m just heavy handed lol
Anyway it may not happen to you and if it doesn’t then these stings will last you a hell of a long time, but if you experience wear and tear on your strings normally then you’re not going to get much more out of them than any normal set. I mean there may be a day or two here and there I don’t play, but on average I spend about 4 hours a day playing my guiter.
I think they sound great and preform well so I gave them a 4 out of 5.

I've been cautious with my instrument (Alvarez Yairi 12-string) in the 25 years since I ordered it, tuning it a step low due to a problem I had with my prior 12-string top pulling away from the bracing and warping. Problem is, as a result I haven't been able to achieve the full sound I knew I could get from it. This custom set from Stringjoy lets me recover some tension to fill out the sound while still protecting the structural integrity of the instrument. Strings were delivered quickly, play and sound great even weeks later after they're well broken in, and the site allows for easy reordering. So much better results than I have been getting all these years with standard sets!! (And quick responsiveness on my post-order questions: next order will be Naturals rather than Signatures, which will be an better fit for this guitar, but that's on me, not on Stringjoy!)

I have been using Stringjoy acoustic guitar strings for the past couple of years. I find that they have a really nice and balanced tone. For the most part, I buy Naturals, Balanced Super Lights (11's). I use them on all of my acoustic guitars - Martins, Gibsons, Taylors, and Collings.

Scott is a huge help. I have emailed several questions and asked his opinions on a few things and he has answered every time. They also have some cool swag!

Every interaction I've had with Stringjoy has been stellar. I love how these strings sound and feel, and it almost feels wrong replacing them because there's not really anything wrong with them after being played in my Les Paul for so long.

I’m a professional guitarist using a lot of different guitars for live and studio work. For live work I change the strings on my 5 primary electrics every two shows. Acoustic strings are changed weekly. Your light gauge nickel sets (.010’s) have great tone and tension and seem to hold their tone more than the brand I’ve been using for 30 years. Your acoustic set is even more impressive. I’ve never used anything on my Martin HD28 other than Martin Marquis Light sets. The StringJoy Natural Lights have incredible tone, balance and volume and are the first different set of acoustic strings I’ve used in over 3 decades. Cheers to you for an extraordinary product. I went out on a limb after seeing Stringjoy ads on Facebook and I have to say I'm glad I did! I've had this set (50/105) on my Squier PJ bass for a couple months now and the strings are still full of life like the day I put them on! Highs are very bright, Lows are nice and beefy. The string conditioner works great on these strings very well. No signs of tarnish or rust at all! I will be getting this set from now on for all my bases!

I like ‘em so much I switched from my previous brand on all my instruments.
