Extremely patient and informative as I asked many questions about the string conditioner I had been very apprehensive about applying anything to my strings (which are attached to an highly sentimental and valued guitar) but after Tom shared the detailed research, rigorous protocol to and high standards met before marketing to a customer I was persuaded my instrument would be safe and decided to try and also shared with my dad and close friends This led to another advantage and pleasant unexpected benefit… dad encountered an instant advantage when he applied to his resonator guitar strings… the bar began to glide smooth as silk across the strings! The quality of these strings is incomparable to other strings available today. I especially love the Custom String Finder to build my own custom string sets. The tone and quality of the strings is really quite amazing.

Great strings! I got the .010 gauge set, and they feel great! Light without feeling fragile, and still plenty of full tone. The coating is smooth without feeling too slick. These are my new go-to acoustic strings.

Quality product and service.

I had been using the same (unnamed for respect) brand of strings for over 30 years. I never thought a change of brands could make a radical improvement, as I have dabbled with over 15 other brands while being loyal to my "old faithful". Coincidentally, about 5 years ago, as I had just gotten all of my electric guitars all set up for the spring, I tried one set of Stringjoys on my oldest and most special 1979 Strat (that I bought new as a kid!). In disbelief about how good the strings sounded, I played that guitar for 2 weeks, waiting for the honeymoon to wear off.... Instead of the honeymoon wearing off, I changed out ALL of my guitars to Stringjoy strings and had them all set up again. It's like getting a new amp, or ears cleaned, or suddenly hearing nuances of my guitars, amps, pedals, and my own technique, that I had never heard.

Recently, I tired the all nickel Broadways, and have changed out most of my guitars with those. I have half jokingly (and half seriously!) sent multiple emails to them over the years, asking them to please give me a heads up if they know ahead of time if they are ever calling it quits, so I can sell something/take out a loan so I can buy enough strings to last me until I am dead. They are great, GREAT strings. And to add some sweetness to the already tasty stuff, they are a great company and have always treated me with the most amazing support and service. SCORE!

I simply didn’t enjoy the sound or feel as much as my regular strings.

I got a set of these for my Jimi Hendrix Strat in his gauge set. They sound fantastic for that more vintage tone.

These are the best strings i have ever played. The ability to assemble custom sets and not requiring any “break-in” time are the biggest selling points. They also feel really good to play and sound great. Can’t go wrong
