The strings are great. The reason for the rating of 4 stars instead of 5 is only because I’m so used to feeling coated strings for 15 years I missed the slinky silent feel while playing. I have a second set of yours to use so maybe I’ll warm up to them the more i play them. I definitely like your electric strings on my electrics and am sticking with them for sure.

These strings will make older 12 string guitars with more bottom end a little bit brighter and give it a bit more in the kids as well. There’s nothing worse than a muddy sounding 12 string. These strings are the cure. And they feel good and are very responsive to the touch.

The grain/texture is a bit rough, and little red fiber bits tend to end up floating around my fret board and strings. I don't think it's fair to call this microfiber. I have a bunch of microfiber polishing cloths, and the texture on this is closer to "washcloth" than "microfiber."

The cloth works fine. I really like the string cleaning solution. I was a little skeptical at first, but it really works well. The cloth makes sure the strings are dry and it apparently picks up the residue. Good combination. Thanks for another good product.
