I had been playing the same brand of strings for over 30 years. I had been a very happy customer for those years as well. Occasionally I would try a pack of another brand of strings just to see what they offered but always went right back to my go to. However, lately I have had several quality issues with my go to brand, they did send me another pack in the mail at no additional cost, great customer service, but plating issues, dead cores on wound strings and a couple of G strings that I could NOT get to stay in tune AT ALL, these things shouldn’t happen. Tried a pack of Stringjoys and I am not going back. A signed note with each pack? WOW!!! I still get the same brightness, pop, and balanced string tension I liked with my old brand but with a quality level that I had been missing. I love these strings!

These pick are just great! I have religiously used the yellow picks from another company for over 500 years! What I found as I practice alone and with a power trio band, I GRIND THOSE OTHER YELLOW PICKS INTO LITTLE PLASTIC SHAVINGS after not very long. Evidently I have monkey grip, and that's okay. These Stringjoy picks seem to have a bit more...density? Hence, staying power. They don't dissolve as readily. They retain their shape. For me that's worth the price of admission. Did this make sense?

The applicator tip gets ripped apart rather fast. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars. I found other ways to apply the cleaner to my strings. I can imagine this singular bottle will last a very long time!
