My initial introduction to Stringjoy was nothing but perfect. The strings themselves are fantastic. I bought several sets of Naturals for both of my acoustics. Even though they're completely different guitars (ColeClark Angel 2 & Alvarez MFA66), the Naturals bring out the very best in both. Just what I was looking for in a set of strings.
Most importantly, your customer service was legendary. Confirmation emails are important and I'm glad I received them right away. The handwritten note in my package was the cherry on top, though. I loved the attention to detail. I felt like my order was truly important to you guys and that, for me, is why I'll be a customer for as long as you're making strings.

Put them on a 70's Japanese Aria J-200 Gibson knock-off that has bad action and needs neck reset to improve it. Not worth it, so the 10'S definitely help, while still letting the jumbo sound come out. I always let my jamming buds vote, they all thought it was a big improvement without compromising sound, not too much anyway.

First time switching from 10's to 9's. I ended up breaking the high E string while stringing my guitar but I reached out to customer service (shout-out to Kiki!) who had no issues sending me a new replacement string. As for the tone and playability I don't see myself switching back to 10's and stringjoy will be my go-to from now on!

I have a Gibson Firebird HP that I play fingerstyle and with a pick I have tried several gauges and brands of strings but I keep coming back to this set by Stringjoy which really does give me the best of both worlds. I ordered my first 3 sets of Stringjoy strings and put them on 3 different guitars. I was very impressed with the sound and the feel of the strings. I will continue to buy these strings. Not only do the sound good but they look great also. The 11-52’s I strung on my Ibanez which has a wonderful sound but these strings really brought out the D, A and E lower three strings.
