These picks are a little bit too stiff for my taste but they do make my guitar sound a little brighter than the picks that I have used in the past. Next time I will try the .60 mm Orange Soda picks.

Just amazing quality strings in terms of sound and durability. I teach music lessons and also perform so I’m on my guitar pretty much every day for hours per day. The Stringjoy strings just hold their tuning and ring for longer than the Daddarios and Earthwoods I have relied on before. I waited to write this review because I wanted to give the strings a few weeks of heavy playing on both my ES-335 and ES-175. So far, the intonation is holding and the tone has hardly changed from their first day until now. I’ve tried just about every pure nickel string on the market, and I’ve had problems with most of them - either sounding too dead, not lasting, or not intonating well. So far, the Broadways are holding up and sound fantastic! My only wish is for a wound G!

So I bought two sets of these Broadway Strings after using NYXL’s for years. I put one set on my ‘87 MIJ Squire Stratocaster and one set on my Tele. Tele always sounds great but these strings really play and sound incredible. The real kicker is, my Strat has been wall art for several years as it lacks the bell chimey tone. I’ve changed literally all the hardware on that guitar. Since I’ve installed these Stringjoy Broadway’s, holy wow!! I haven’t stopped playing that guitar since I put them on. I really love these strings. String bends are smooth and consistent, they stay in tune really well, and have incredible tone and sustain. I’ll be making a demo on my YouTube soon.
