So I want to say that I like these strings and what this company is doing. That being said, the strings I bought lacked a little brightness for my taste and felt kind of like rubber bands (a little bit). I have not had one break (I beat the hell out of my strings). I stand behind my 4/5

The first impression was very good. The tone and the feel were just what I was looking for in a string. I was a bit surprised that they seemed to lose that new string sound a bit quicker than my other brand of string, but it might be that i liked them so much that I played them more so they lost that tone quicker. I’ve got a few more sets so I’ll give them another shot.

Best strings I've ever used. Great tone and they stay in tune better than any strings I've used befor.

Loving them! Smooth sound, good playability. The newness wears off pretty fast, but they reach a comfortable zone where they stay steady without going dead. (At least in my experience)

I put the natural bronze 12-54 on my Taylor 110 and man it really brought that guitar to life and it sounds amazing, previously I’ve used other companies strong and NONE have brought this fiddle to life the way these StringJoy Strings have. I've tried many different strings in my life and was stuck on the sound and quality of Elixer strings for about the last 15 years every once in a while trying something else and frankly always disappointed and quickly stripping those strings off and putting Elixers back on. I probably haven't ventured off the Elixers for at least 5 years, maybe more until i saw an add on FaceBook for Stringjoy strings and ordered a couple of different sets to put on a couple of my guitars and it was the most amazing change that i've ever experienced. The truly amazing tonal quality across the auditory spectrum blew my mind. The lows the mids and the highs were so equal in volume that it brought new life to the sound of my guitars. Bright but not piercingly bright every string just jumping out of the soundbox equally. I've found in the past the much of the low end would be almost muted sounding and sometimes the same with the mids but the clarity across the board is truly a treat to the ear. I'm not going back to the Elixers, Stringjoy is now my brand!

Great strings - cost-wise it works out nicely because I live in NZ and order it directly from Stringjoy - no middleman! These particular strings were a happy accident: I usually order phosphor bronze but ordered Brass without checking and I love the bright sound of these. This will be my go-to in future. Unfortunately the wound G string broke soon after I got the set (this is the first time this has happened with a Stringjoy set) and I replaced it with a spare Elixir string that I had. This is also a brass string and I have to say it has lasted better in terms of tone and brightness. Will I use Elixir instead in future? No. They do not give me the option of customising a set and I have to put one together from two 6 string sets which still don't give me the exact gauges I need. Plus, even as a complete set of 12, Elixir from the shop is almost 50% more expensive than Stringjoy online purchased and I still get more than my money's worth. I am more than happy to keep supporting a string company that treats me as a customer and not as a digit - thanks for the personal responses I get to my queries.

Absolutely the best strings available. I was skeptical about them at first, like really....how much better could they be....?!? How about this, Stringjoy strings will be on my guitar from now until they are no longer available to get. Just beautiful, the tonal quality. Bravo 👏!

I just put them on two days ago they felt very smooth and seemed to be really punchy and bright.. I will play my first gig with them tomorrow night.. but from all indications they will work fine.. I change my bass strings every two to three months depending on how many gigs.. I am sure I will be getting more.. thanks
