Having purchased 2 custom sets for my 7 and 8 string Strandbergs, I can honestly say this is my new, sole source of strings moving forward. I love the strings and the customer service! I had some major tuning issues recently and you guys replied to my emails with promptness and clarity. Obviously it was hard to diagnose the issue not being able to see the instrument but you guys were very helpful. All turned out well, Im calling it a crazy weather weekend that caused the tuning issue.
Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, and im not bothered by it, but I thought you might want to know. The last two sets I've used, the 3rd string a wound 22 brightbrass, kind of unravels after a few performances. In my case, both around the 4th or 5th fret a tiny piece of the brass unravels and you can see and feel the wire. Could be coincidence. Ill keep an eye on the next couple sets I use. Like I said, not upset about, just wanted to inform you.

My Strat has staggered pick-ups, which has always caused “Third-G String” Issues. Over - loud, have to pluck it softer. Anyway the Strinjoy Wound Third string set, Balanced Light with a 18w string quietened down the problem. But, now it had gone the other way……a bit quiet. Great set - my first set tarnished quickly, these didn’t. Not sure why one did and one didn’t. As these were on about 5 weeks (which I would consider end of life) they fell out of tune a lot but I attribute that to general wear and tear as well as the guitar seasonality changing a lot here in the NE. Very happy so far. Do you endorse artists?

Really good strings. They sound good, they feel good, they don't have an excessive amount of finger noise ("zip, zip, zip" on the fretboard), they stay in tune, and they last a long time.
