Really digging these strings. Put them on my Les Paul and they rock. They really improved the tuning. These will be my “go to “ for this guitar.

I put my 1st set of string joys (Natural Bronze) yesterday and went to a gig. I’m really pleased. They had a nice balance of warmth and brilliance. I am happy to fine good strings made in this country. Thanks

I bought this for my Squier bass VI as a replacement for the stock 24-84. They fitted perfectly except that I had to remove a little bit of the winding on the low E string so that it could fit in the tuners. The set feels great, and the 90 E is a much better choice than the 84.

I do like the change from traditional string guages.

I purchased electri and acoustic strings from you. I'm not crazy about the acousticstrings on my acoustic guitar. however, I am pleased with the electric strings on my Strat. I'm not crazy about the electric strings on my Les Paul.
What I do like about all the strings I have used, is the way they stay in tune and sustain.

Great strings, super service

I have been going through all of my guitars over the past few months and dialing in different setups. On each one I have run into weird intonation problems on at least one string. For example, a common issue was that the 12th fret harmonic and the open string would be as much as 3 cents different from each other. This was maddening. I changed through three other string manufacturers and still did not get even results. Then I tried your products and they all work. After fighting with the other brand's strings, it was a joy to just tune and adjust and have it all work the first time. I bought some strings to change over the rest of my guitars and even some weird sets to try something new. I'm sold.

Hi, I have been playing my baritone using the custom set of strings I got from you and the quality is top class, intonation and tone are as good as any I've used. My main issue is cost. I have made my own custom sets in the past from D'addario singles which is very expensive and I was trying to reduce the amount I spend on strings. The trouble with getting strings from you is that I live in the UK and unfortunately, although the price of your strings is reasonable, I was also hammered with customs and royal mail handling fee of £13.14

I love these strings. It's that simple. The tone is balanced, and fantastic for everything I do from super clean to super heavy. The feel is balanced and supple, but not loose. If they recommend a set, go with it - they know what they're doing!

Great strings all around, love how well they stay in tune over several hard jams! I barely have to retune, and even then it's usually by ear so that speaks of how little they fall out. I would love to have access to a bigger 9th string but I'm OK with buying bass singles in the right gauge for now, but man. The option for even just a .94 or so would be stellar, that's perfect for a nice, bouncy low C#. But hey. That's the only drawback. Being able to customize everything my way and still have the right string length for my monster 30" scale in a 9 string configuration AND have my string set slay every other one I have tried outweighs such a drawback enough that I almost don't feel like complaining! Seriously, super killer strings. Completely sold now that I know you guys do 9 string sets. I can now get all my strings here without any exceptions.

Strung up a 2016 Gretsch Billy Duffy White Falcon with these and my intonation instantly improved! They feel great and sound killer!

I love the tone! I love the feel! But I got spoiled with elixirs on the longevity of the string life, also I might make a suggestion, my guitar is a 26.5-28” multiscale, your strings are balenced buuuut my guitar balences a standard set of strings due to the fanned frets/ multi scale, it would be cool if you guys made multiscale string packs “which would pretty much be the standard 74-10 set up” but maybe you guys could do a bit of experimenting and find something better for different multiscale lengths! I know you have a custom string option on your page but it would be cool to have a few sets already put together for the common Multiscale lengths, all in all great product tho

It's actually a custom 9.5-46 7-string set. I know the gauges seem weird for a 7-string set. This is because I wanted to have an even or progressively increasing tension from the thinnest to the thickest string, using major thirds tuning. I suppose custom set is really the only way for me to try this tuning.

I got what I wanted! Yay! The tensions across the strings feel great.

I find that the strings are easy to stretch or settle in. I've also heard harmonics like I've never heard before in other string brands (D'Addario, Ernie Ball, Elixir, Cleartone). I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least!

Using these harmonics for intonation helped me a lot during the intonation process. These strings are a breeze to intonate. I also find that intonation is consistent from string to string, across all the frets - from 1 through 24.

These strings sound and feel great! Such a joy to play!

Now, I suppose the only thing left for me to check out is longevity in use. I have sweaty hands and I typically use coated strings. I'm hoping that longevity wouldn't be so bad. I wonder if Stringjoy would ever come up with coated strings.

By the way, I also appreciate the way you packaged your products. Love the personal touch with the note in each box! Much appreciated.
