Absolutely fantastic strings. Additionally, I support small upstart operations as opposed to large corporate entities. Not that there is anything wrong with corporations simply I feel it my civic duty to help, when possible, upstarts. I still prefer Thomstik Flats for my bass (sorry) but I see no need to purchase anything but Stringjoy for my guitars moving forward. Previously 95% (?) of my guitars were strung with either Cleartone, D'Addario or my favorite Markley Blue Steels.I believe, at least to my ear, that Stringjoy's either meet or exceed the aforementioned high standards. I hope that as Stringjoy becomes more well known that they will maintain their "Mom & Pop" feel and personalized customer service. Good Luck Guy's/Gal's, I'm a believer.

I teach over 40 students per week and gig one to two nights per week. My hands sweat extremely and even with proper wipe down and cleaning, most strings do not hold up to my ph at all. I tried my first set of .010 gauge Stringjoy's on my PRS McCarty 594 and was amazed at how smooth the playing surface became due to the balanced tension. I have since put on my PRS Custom 22 and my Les Paul both of which are working guitars. These strings hold up to aggressive bends, sweat and hard playing.
I highly recommend them for their quality and the customer service that Stringjoy provides. Well worth the investment.
