I’ve always had a hard time getting the exact gauges I want until I started using string joy, I can get exactly what I want without having to buy multiple sets, they sound and play fantastic, and the packaging is high quality. Their YouTube videos are also entertaining and educational

What more can I say, they sound great and the tension calculator helps with hybrid sets, I went with a 9.5-48 for my telecaster and it feels and sounds amazing.

Coming from jazz iii red nylons, and standard green tortex picks. This pick is familiar in shape but more aggressive due to the material that stringjoy uses and accurate thanks to the large jazz shape. My go to for 7 and 8 string riffage.

I don't get around to changing strings that often, so a couple of weeks in I'm still pleased with the sound and ease of play. I got the lightest gauge available and that has been helpful. For now I'm considering it a good investment overall.

I bought a set for my 6 string, 12 string, and a hollow body. I just put the set on the 6 string yesterday and love the tone. I'll be curious to see how long I get out of a set.

Purchased 3 sets of the Foxwoods 12/54 balanced light, for my 3 acoustic guitars. Love the sound, playability and less string squeak soloing up and down the neck. A little more costly than my Elixir strings from Guitar Center…. But Stringjoy are now the only strings for my guitars. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been playing professionally for around 50 years and have seen strings go from sets that were 50% useable to being completely wrong due to gauges that were not of my liking.All that could be done was to either accept it or buy several sets and mix and match to even get close to the gauges I needed.After trying Stringjoy strings I think I have found my “Just Right.” Not to mention that they sound great,stay bright,and just plain feel good to my fingers and make me want to play. I can’t say enough.ya’ll keep making them and I’ll keep using them. Thanks again for a great product.

40+ years playing bass, I'm very critical when it comes to tonality,I don't only rely on amplification and bass or guitar pickups,to me strings plays a big role, I have used many strings brand's there is a few that I liked to be sincere,but since I discovered Stringjoy and saw hundreds of positive reviews,I took a chance and made my first order,honestly the best thing I did, I'm very impressed with this strings, the strings stay in tune, the tension is just perfect, the tonality superb, I just found the perfect bass and guitar strings to my taste.

I’ve been a guitar player for almost 60 years. I’ve used many different strings over the years, but for the past 20 years or so I have used the same strings. I thought I’d at least debunk your ads showing a photo of a Collings Dread with a sunburst. Your ads says something like, “Why put cheap strings on your $1000 guitar.” The guitar in the photo would be upwards of $6500 today. I have a Collings that looks just like the one in your ads. OK ,so no one else in the world would even notice.

Onward ro the strings. I ordered a couple sets of phosphor bronze naturals. I’m still on my first set - testing durability. The strings are full in tone. On my guitars, dead strings sound pretty good, but this was something different. I found the balance of warm vs bright is extremely good. The strings have lasted longer than I usually leave strings on a guitar, so durability also wins here.

I won’t try to describe tone. It is not possible to convey what it sounds like in a text description. I could record the guitar using StingJoy strings and an AKG C414, but you would be hearing the guitar and the microphone as well as the strings.

I recommend every serious acoustic guitar player at least try these strings. Until I find something I don’t like, I will be using these strings on my 2 Collings guitars. I have not tried your electric guitar or bass steings yet, but I will eventually. At this time I’m playing mostly acoustic at my nursing/assisted living facilities. I perform pro bono, but still want to provide the most professional performance. It’s just me and the guitar at these gigs. If I wasn’t doing this volunteer works I would have completely lost my mind by now.

Also, I’m a little wordy and ramble on with questionable grammar and punctuation. My son has opened a publishing house and for short stories he pays authors by the word. Well, I’m going to use as many words as possible in my short stories. I’m also certain everyone is riveted to every song I perform. After all, I’ve only lost 65% of my hearing. If you guessed I lost hearing due to loud music you would be wrong. I babied my ears all my life. I wore earplugs in very loud environments. It was Meniere’s disease that got me. Current medical science doesn’t know what cause it and there is no cure. So, eat right, exercise, avoid alcohol, and you still die.

This is not a review that will likely be shared in your ads. I say too much. and at times become lugubrious. My vocabulary makes me sound like a 8th grader. The small amount of schooling I’ve received has mostly been useless in my life. Any education I got was from reading books and experience.

After this short story I will again mention I was impressed enough to switch away from strings I used to 20 years. Until I find a reason, I will be using Stringjoy strings on my Collings dread and OM.

I bought a set of strings for my son’s guitar. They came quickly and he put them to good use.

I like these strings a lot. Pure nickel is perfect for a jazz arch top. Not too dull like flatwounds and not too bright for jazz.

I’ve used the 10/48 11/52 and custom baritone sets from Stringjoy, and without a doubt they are the best sounding and feeling electric guitar strings that I’ve ever played. It’s hard to remember a time before stringjoy, and I can promise that I will not be going back to the dark ages of string quality. Cheers!

Love these strings on my electric so much I tried them on my wood body reso (with humbucker) as well with interesting results. So much fundamental tone without any shimmer to hide behind. Always looking for good, fat, warm attack. I’ve found it with these.
