I don't know how or why this happens but using the Foxwoods makes my OM-21 Martin explode with sound! I like a brighter sound usually but this just makes the body of this guitar ring. I have just tried a set of the balances super lights and they have been on for almost 5 weeks and gigging a lot and they feel and sound great. Going to try these on my 000-17SM this week. Thanks folks!!!

I've had these strings on my Taylor AD17e for about a month now. I put them on, tuned them up, played a few chords and thought hmm... maybe these aren't the strings for me. They sounded pretty dull and lifeless. But wait!!! After playing them for a few days, they've opened up really nicely and have a nice bright, loud tone that I really like. I'll stock up again next time I need new strings.

I ordered a custom string set for a fan-fret acoustic baritone guitar, as the commercial baritone string sets were heavier than I found comfortable to play.
