Waited till I finished my 1kg bag of L-Citrulline and Pycnogenol to give it a fair chance. This is bar far the best NO supplement to take preworkout. Taken an hour before exercise it works brilliantly..crazy pumps and extra endurance. I’ve tried many NO sups over the years and this in my mind is the best. Also systolic BP down on average 18 points from 148 to around 130 and diastolic down on average 7 from 89 to 82!! Brilliant supplement!!

Excellent choice of supplements and quick delivery. My recent order had some capsules which were ordered as a pack of 60, but when I came to open them, I noted they were a pack of 30. Checked my invoice in case I had made a mistake. I had ordered 60, so issue with packing. Emailed customer service and they quickly came back and apologised for the mistake then sent out the missing quantity by return post. Excelletn customer service.
Having identified I have slightly high blood pressure, borderline cholesterol and borderline type 2 diabetes, following a recent medical, I have been looking for some alternative to statins to help with the problems. A little more help and guidance on the website would be helpful to try and hone in on particular health issues.
