I contacted several on-line stores about purchasing a replacement solar panel charger for my Solarway G1 Solar Lantern. A few did not reply, one replied that they didn't stock spare parts but Angela Lee-Wright from [URL Removed] really went the extra mile. She let me know that they did have spares and that they would replace mine and have it couriered to me free of charge! I'm thrilled to have my light working properly again but even more thrilled to find a company offering this level of customer service. Thank you so much!

Excellent service, just a little hard at times to get technical advice by phone.
My only slight problem was in getting through on the phone to someone who could advise on technical issues. Otherwise I was very happy with Sustainable's service, particularly the fact that they were willing to do an exchange on one of the components of a kit they had already dispatched to me. Their Load Assessment form was especially useful; and the dispatch and delivery of equipment was fast and efficient.
