I ordered a box of my kids favorite candy for Easter, in good time. It took its time getting to me and when I finally received it it was not what I ordered. I sent a email telling them about my problem, but did not get a reply. Easter was getting closer so I sent the wrong candy in return and sent a new email telling them so and begging them to send me the right candy in time for Easter. They did not do this, they issued me a return for the candy (not the postage for me having to send them back the wrong candy) and did not even apologize or offer any kind of "band aid" for my troubles.

Once again we would like to apologies for the inconvenience, We were unable to send you out a replacement as you send the item back before telling us and had no proof of postage, In regards to the cost of returning the item to us, If you can send us a copy of your receipt for this we will ofcause refund this to you

Good prices but long delivery time!
They have some really great prices and I was happy when I finally received my package, although it seemed to take a very long time to arrive. I think if I use their services again I would order a few weeks in advance just to be careful.

I made an order on the 29th of March and still haven't received anything.
We are now in May, I'm now being billed more on top of the price of my order due to saying I'll pay once I get my order. I am not paying for something that hasn't turned up. And I'm not getting no reply from them either.

Good Evening, I have checked the tracking details for your order, UK Mail attempted to deliver your order 3 times and were unable to gain access, Your order was returned to us on 11th April, at this point we contacted you to advise you of this We have also refunded your order

Sweets were great, bargain price. The only issue I found was one of the tubs was cracked. I was offered a solution for this but there was no need as I was putting them in party bags. I assume damaged in transit as the sweets were in a huge box without bubble wrap or any other protection. I would definitely order again, as everyone loved the sweets. My only other qualm would be of the delivery, when I got a text on delivery day it didn't say who the delivery was from and as i had ordered items to a different address I didn't know where to be. Luckily I was in.
