I ordered some of the £5.00 boxes of sweets a week and a half ago and still haven't received my order… The sweets were for a birthday party and because my order has not been delivered we had to go out last minute and buy other sweets which was disappointing…. I've tried contacting but had no reply!! Extremely upset.

I have looked into this for you and i can see that you placed your order on 11/03 and selected standard delivery this is up to 8 days so your order should have been delivered by 19th, I would like to apologise for the delay in getting your order to you I can see your order was delivered yesterday, If you would like to return as i understand you may no longer need it please let us know and we can arrange a refund Kind Regards Simon Sweets & Treats

Good prices easy website to use. Delivery is really quite slow unfortunately and my product still isnt here I ordered quite a while ago it stated 2-3 working days for Delivery and its not even out for delivery yet. Won't stop me ordering again but next time I need right away I will be sure to order well in advanced.
