This is my second round of buying ink cartridges from Swiftink. The reason I came back should speak for itself..however, it doesn't hurt mentioning the drivers once again.
Product - the ink cartridges are great. They print just like OEM product.
Price - the price is a fraction of what you would pay for OEM product.
People - Very easy to work with. When I ran into an issue the first time, I made a call, and got excellent customer support, and the issue was solved.
Website - very user friendly, with clear notifications on order, and shipment.
Delivery - always fast.

Thanks for sending the ink cartridges so quickly. Unfortunately the problem was not that we were out of ink but that Epson printer was malfunctioning. We took it in for repair but it was not fixable or would cost four times the price of a new printer. The same model printer is no longer available so we bought the most similar but it does not accept the same size cartridges. So I returned them to you by first class mail, with an explanation, and requested a credit for future use. I hope you can provide that. Please confirm.

Most of us have tried to re-ink our print cartridges to save a little money only to learn that the process is messy and leaves the cartridge rendered useless after a few smeared print jobs. When I came across this website I took a chance. SwiftInk sent the cartridges on time and they function in the Epson even though the number is slightly different. I ordered on a Sunday and received on a Thursday. There are options to pay for faster delivery. Cost ended up being 1/3 of cost for new. I’m a satisfied customer as they provide the product they say they would provide, I received in the time I expected to receive, it functions perfectly.......it’s that easy.
