This heat press is a must have. I love the fact that it slides out so you won't accidently burn yourself on the hot plate above. It gets hot super FAST and I love the fact that when you lift the top, the timer automatically shuts off without you having to push a button to do so. Everything about this press is so worth the price!!!!

The Cameo 5 is great. This is my first cutting machine, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I did do a whole lot of research. I was in love with the idea of the electrostatic mat, but in reality, it is a hot mess. Silhouette needs to go back to the drawing board on that. But Swing Design was great about returning the non-functional item (twice!), so I can't take away any stars because ultimately, it's Silhouette's fault, not Swing's. Swing Design customer support is good. I would recommend the Cameo 5 and Swing Design.
