I was very troubled when I reached out for help with my computer. I had lost the ability to use Word and thought a book I had been working on had disappeared. In addition, a week earlier, a scammer tried to get money from me when I contacted a company about my security cameras, so I was extremely nervous about sharing information with someone and giving them access to my computer.
I was fortunate to have Ray work with me through restoring Word to my computer. He patiently explained things to me, and tried to reassure me that he was honorable , and that this would get fixed. He was able to repair my problem and helped me download a different version of Word, clean up some unwanted programs that were dragging my computer down, and explained the use of D drive and moved some files to that drive.
