Shipped moderately fast, great packaging. YSL Y EDP was on point but Aqua di Gio Absolu was not filled up all the way and i have retail sample for comparison and it smelled diluted/not as strong as the retail version.

Most of the items were in perfect shape. But i had minor issue with a couple of items/ specifically with the packaging. Immediately, customer service provided a resolution in less than a day and acted on it asap. They even provided options to you, to custom fit the fix of the concern.
