Thank you very much to everyone who helped the event happen, The only reason i have not given 5 is i thought the information and signage on arrival was not very clear.
The main reason i scored the event so highly was the lovely lady called Emma your 2hr 30min pass maker. After 5 month of training toward this event and having done a half before, I got into a right mess at about mile 9.5 I really slowed down and felt quite unwell, I then got over taken my Emma who gave me a little "Carry on, you can do it" so I joined Emma for the last few miles, what a great support for me and lots others around me. She was GREAT and got a lot of us over that line in under 2'30. Thank you very much Emma

Brilliantly organised, clearly marked route, plenty of water/toilets etc. Lovely course until mile 10 - the Pinhoe loop is **** in comparison to the rest - it would be good to run back through the city centre. Fun run enjoyed by children (though they wanted a tshirt!!!!). Well done on a great event.

The race was well organised but I did not enjoy the course compared to others I have done. That last long stretch up and back the road was soul destroying.
