Brilliant communication, pops arrived with slight damage due to mishandling by Royal Mail as they where well boxed and protected, they didn’t hesitate in taking them back and paying for the return postage to replace. Really nice people and easy to talk to and really helpful.

I've had a few pop's from Nerdy Byrd now and they have always arrived quickly and packaged in such a way as to severely limit any damage the boxes may get during transit. As a result all my pops turned up in excellent condition. A great source for pops that are hard to find in the UK.
