Just wanted to let you know that I was frustrated with the delivery method, while at the same time being appreciative of your security. I was away over the delivery period of my purchase so asked my neighbour to watch for it. Usually parcels arrive on our front doorstep. I received an email telling me it was at Canada Post awaiting my signature. I was still going to be away past the accepted period of pickup so that was a huge concern. I was also unable to send a signed document to my neighbour granting her permission to pick it up. Luckily Canada Post accepted an email from me authorizing her to pick it up.
Please make it more evident to your customers that a signature will have to be required on deliveries.
