Very cute, but one of the keychain puzzle pieces had scratches on it and looked used. I also didn’t like the presentation. Each piece was in a separate bag when the purpose of the item was 1 whole piece that breaks into 2 pieces. Good thing I unwrapped it and rearranged it before giving it.

I was very impressed with the two throws I ordered. They were nice quality cotton and the embroidery was very well done which was what I was hoping for since I bought them for wedding gifts. I'm sure my family will be just as impressed with them as I was.

Hi I ordered a plaque and had it engraved it was beautiful but we found the lettering smaller than we thought it would of been also the tape that is on the back of it well it wouldn’t stick to the iteam we wanted it for we wanted to put this plaque on a cutlery box set for a wedding gift and the tape would no hold it was to thin of a tape if it was thicker I think it would of worked but the plaque was good quality thank you

I’m really disappointed! My invoice number is 0201189743. One item is an embroidable whimsical unicorn, which I did choose embroidery for (and my cart showed it) When I went to open the package, the unicorn wasn’t embroidered. And it’s a gift!

According to your receipt it does not show any embroidery was chosen and therefore we shipped the unicorn blank. If you had of noticed when you received the receipt you could have contacted us and we would have been able to add embroidery before shipping.
However, we understand you have been in contact with our Customer Service department so please let them know if you are wishing to return the unicorn to embroider a name on it.
