We ordered 4 items all engraved and they were delivered ahead of their scheduled delivery date. Which my husband & I were extremely impressed by. They were all perfect, except for 1 which was incorrect. We had no trouble contacting customer service about the item and a new one was sent out to us that same day. I would’ve given a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the one incorrect item. We will definitely order from Things Engraved again!

The item ( a baptism snow globe) was incredible. However the globe itself had a large scratch. There wasn’t time to return it or replace it before the event. Not sure how the scratch would have gone unnoticed, but it did.

The product was great, exactly what I was expecting when I placed the order. I opted for gift wrapping costing me an additional $5.00 not that much money, however when I opened the shipping box the gift wrap looked atrocious the wrapping paper was bunched up in the corners and wrinkled. In the end I had to remove the wrapping and re-do it myself, as I could not give it as a gift in the condition that it was in.
