Everything was great, the only complaint I have is there was an offer of Canada 150 free engraving offered when questioned was told it was only for in store purchases, I don't see the point

It would have been nice if I had a choice where my engraved words went.
Also, the pen I got engraved it was really hard to see the words.
And I was told I couldn't have what I wanted engraved on the item I purchased.
