We paid extra for expedited shipping so we would receive the keychain for Christmas. Somehow it got shipped to Winnipeg and we did not receive it until after Christmas. We were still charged for the expedited shipping. Very disappointed

The reason I give a 4 star is because my order was mixed up. So I couldn't give it out as a Christmas give. They sent me my original order once I contacted them. I was kind of disappointed with the writing as it is very hard to see and no other color was a choice. Maybe that is some you may like to think of offering.
