The product was amazing. The only thing that was concerning was the shipping. I paid for the express shipping (2 days) but up to the day I needed the item it wasn’t delivered. I called puralator and they said they hadn’t gotten to processing the item at the facility. Later that afternoon I received a call stating the order was processed and now ready for pick up as the address was not complete on the shipping label. I was happy to get the item, despite having to drive to pick it up from the facility, as it was for a party that same evening. Overall, the item is beautiful and loved by the recipient.

Item says it should have arrived yesterday (guaranteed arrival) however it shows the item has not even shipped yet. Only info I can find is "Orders could be delayed due to Covid 19 " but no explanation as to how long. No answer to email yet.

Since I was having some problems with the website, I phoned the order in. The lady who assisted me was so helpful (I wish I had got her name to thank her again here). She was also very friendly and placed the orders for me, with engraving and gift wrap. She offered expedited shipping or free delivery in 7 - 10 days. I opted for free delivery. The first order arrived in about 3 business days and the second order in about 4 business days. I was extremely pleased with my whole experience and with the items ordered.
