I ordered something on the 22nd and it said it would leave the personalization department on the 23rd and I still haven’t received an email say it was shipped . Does it usually take this long to ship something out ?

My only critique with this leather bracelet is that it doesn’t stay put. After a few seconds it loosens up and falls off my wrist.

I received my package but the plate on the box was not stuck on right. It was sideways on the box. When I emailed support they told me they would send me two way tape. Which I was not happy about. I tried to take the plate off (it was adhered very well) and in the process it bent. It will not go on straight. I have emailed back not no answer.
