This is my first build and definitely not my last! Took a little longer than expected for my kit to arrive, but once it did, everything came together beautifully. I picked up a Ruger stripped lower and magazines locally. I also ordered backup sights, a red/green dot and angled foregrip on a separate site online and they all fit together perfectly.

Product shipped on time, everything included in package. Only downside, the gas system is carbine length instead of pistol length, so it does not cycle. The pictures indicated a pistol length system, but it was not specified in the description, and I did not verify before purchasing. Now I either have to swap the barrel or drill the gas port larger.

I received a fire damaged upper receiver, BCG, and barrel. Due to this fire damage, none of these parts could be used again in a functional firearm. All parts painted orange I just had sitting around. I needed a 80% lower so that I could mount a buttstock, bolt catch, and magazine release to and complete a non functional / non firearm training aid and could still demonstrate how most of the parts on an AR15 operate. The Thunder Tactical 80% lower helped to complete this product.
