Courier was a pain. Had to have signature - but only between 9am 5pm.
I had to take time off work and drive to their depot to collect.

Hi Graeme, thanks for leaving a review. It's a shame you feel this way about the service level of the courier company. We have the facility on our website to leave a comment to say where the goods can be left, which is something that many of our customers utilise. Courier drivers will not leave goods without instruction from the sender (ourselves) incase of theft or fraud. If you had given us a call to tell us of a place where the goods could have been left, then we would have passed the information on to the courier company.
