We ordered some polytop pins, they forgot to send the pins out, when it did arrive 5 days later, 2 items didn't arrive as they were suddenly out of stock and 3 of the boxes of pins were fully emptied and all mixed in together in the packaging.

Disappointed with the fedex driver. Busy working on a loft conversion, he just had to look up to see, as there is no roof on, and we were working there at the time, but when I looked on my CCTV he didn't hang around and decided to take the parcel away!! I had to put a note on the front door for him, so that he would leave the parcel the next day.
