Ordered 63mm hinges, got sent hinges that didn't seem to fit - upon measurement they turned out to be closer to 65mm.
Upon making Tradefix aware, the Julie Kershaw (the director) replied saying "I have attached the data sheet for the hinges you have received and you can see it states length of 63mm."
I'm thrilled the data sheet says they're 63mm, but that doesn't actually help when they're not actually 63mm long.
They have refused to engage in further emails, and are failing to comply with the most basic facets of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty items.
