First time using this business...Ordered 2 x Nexus Pro Joint Fusion mainly because they price competative. However when delivered only 1 arrived. I contacted Tradfix immediately and they suggested their courier had separated the order and they would get back to me. This didn't happen. The next day I sent them an email asking for and update and sent them CCTV of the Delivery. As a consequence they ended up cancelling the delivery and refunded money the missing item.
Communication during this order process and subsequent customer service was not the best hence the 2* Review.
