Very good. Excellent prices, good choice and rapid delivery to Rep of Ireland. Some of the screw boxes were crushed by the other metal products. Probably could have packaged a bit better. This is the only reason I'm not giving 5/5.

I placed an order on line for stainless coach bolts nuts & washers for the repair of one of our village benches. After a few days nothing had arrived so I checked my account page on the web, I was unable to get an update so a phone call to the office was made, a very helpful young lady advised that the required washers were arriving that day and the whole order would be dispatched asap. They arrived overnight courier yesterday. Quite happy with the transaction but some means of tracking on line would be useful.
