Up til now I have had faultless service from this company and then suddenly, only half an order is completed and sent out, no explanation of the missing items and now I cannot do the job I am supposed to be doing today! Massive let down.

Hi Olafur, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however I am disappointed that we have not met your expectations on this occasion and I am sorry that you feel we have let you down. As we work hard to ensure we can still service our customers at this time, we have temporarily changed our Standard Delivery Service to 1-3 working days which is clearly stated on the checkout page under delivery options. This is due to the current situation with Covid-19 and allows our couriers a little more time to deliver as they have been inundated with parcels whilst working on reduced staff and also ensuring that all NHS parcels are prioritised. You will have received one item separately as when our warehouse picker came to pick this item it was out of stock and so in order to avoid delay we arranged for this item to be sent directly with our supplier. I have tracked your 2nd parcel with Fedex and they are due to deliver this today. Kind Regards, Hannah.
