The pin that connect to the motherboard was ripped out. So I send my original PS4 to this shop to get it fix. It was a five day shipping plan. And in a few weeks, delivered right on my doorstep just as they promise. I turn it on and works like brand new! This was an amazing experience with this company, they handled my order with care and I was able to get in contact with someone from start to finish of the service. Plus they did an great job of getting my system working I was worried cause when I sent it on the system smelled of a little smoke and did not turn on. When the repair came back it was fully functioning and I was able to play. I definitely recommend this company for repair work on an system that has any type of infestation. The price of the service is in my opinion is high but well worth the service. If you try to get Sony to do this service good luck cause they will return it to you even with an warranty not repaired. They would explain that the warranty would not cover that problem.

After looking into either self-repair or hiring someone, TronicsFix seemed to be the best option for an HDMI repair on a PS4 console. I had no problems sending the console, and I was notified by TronicsFix at every milestone of the process (arrival, finished repair, return shipping). Cannot say enough about the customer service. I had googled how to videos for a couple of days and then came across Tronix Fix. Made contact, via email, and from that point on it was smooth sailing. My question/comments were answered and was informed of the issue with my PS4 before any work was done. The workmanship was too notch and I am very pleased. My PS4 disc drive went down Nov 2016. Still under warranty, so sent it to Sony. Sony immediately returned it and said it was bug infested. I did not know what to do as I had never heard of such a thing.....bug infestation. Bought a new PS4 and figured this one was just going to be a decorative brick as we bought the special Destiny one. One day I decided to do a google search on PS4 bug infestation, and found TronicsFix. Decided to give them a try. Finally got the money saved up and sent it to them in July 2017. They received July 5, and I got it back July 14. I paid for the bug infested repair, but they did not find any bugs in my console. They kindly refunded me the difference from the bug repair to the plain disc drive repair. Got my console up and downloading 8 months worth of updates within a few minutes of receiving it back. Disc drive is working wonderful! No more grinding! One happy gamer here and I will recommend TronicsFix to everyone I know that needs repairs.
