The size is smaller than expected. For the rest I don't know yet, as they arrived during fall/winter. Will try next year!

Size really is not correct.
I measured according to instructions but received a pair that is too big to wear.
So I never wore them.
Also they were delivered late. So after summer.

MONSOON ALL BLACK OLD
This is my review originally posted in the Kickstarter comments.
Backer 3145. A long wait from pledge to delivery, but they finally arrived! 31st Oct was āshipment pick up request confirmedā and I received them on Dec 13th.
First impressions.
Presentation: decent quality packaging.
Size: I ordered my usual size, 39, after having doubts about their size chart. The fit is good, maybe a tad smaller than a usual 39. Not as bad as I expected from the complaints here, definitely wearable. The tight midfoot that some people raised, I managed to loosen by adjusting the elastic laces.
Aesthetics: the monsoon label looks cheesy and haphazardly sewn on. In combination with the uncomfortable label on the insole, I decided to unpick the stitching on both labels. I think it looks tons better and feels better bare.
Comfort: the heel cup is quite stiff and potentially uncomfortable with bare feet. Iāll try it with socks. The mesh was nice and cool on my feet on this very hot and humid afternoon.
Quality: similar to slightly worse detailing than my Skechers in terms of sewing neatness, glue, etc. The material looks and feels quite thin, which I suppose is for the quick dry qualities, but I doubt this would withstand serious hiking.
Breeze bag: thicker mesh and more durable than I imagined. No straps included but looking at the pictures, it could be that they intend us to use the spare shoelaces as straps which is reasonable.
Verdict: will need to test these out to see if they deliver the quick dry promise, and to see if the heel tightness is a real problem. Overall reasonably happy after the long wait, not the complete rip off/disaster I expected from reading some of the comments here.
Updated review: took the shoes for a spin down to my local beach which involves walking on dry sand, rocks and pavement. It held up to these quite well though I could feel some of the larger rocks through the sole. It was quite comfortable most of the time, and the heel wasnāt the problem I had feared.
As for the wet/dry capabilities, I got them thoroughly soaked and sandy. Rinsed them out multiple times at the beach using a tap (taking out the insole, sloshing around). That level of rinsing was enough to wear them more or less comfortably on the walk home with some mild grittiness and dampness. The mesh meant that my feet could breathe (a significant improvement vs some neoprene water shoes). By the time I got home (this was about a 27C windy day), they were still a bit squeaky, Iād say about 60% dry.
I had previously bought Keens which were meant to be water shoes but took more than overnight to dry because of thicker materials. Likewise Tevas were disappointingly slow to dry as well. Previously the only shoes I could wear both in and out of the water were Havaiana type plastic sandals. Iād probably still bring plastic sandals for showering in hostels etc.
The sand issue some people complain aboutā¦well the shoes arenāt magic, any type of sneaker shaped shoe will be sand traps. Hopefully when the sand dries, I can shake it out. Might try machine washing, which they said itās capable of withstanding.
Overall quite happy with this test. They mostly live up to their promised qualities and look pretty cute (especially the grey). Only time will tell how durable they are.
Update: checked the shoes the next morning and they were still a bit damp, which is disappointing. I just had them in the garage so maybe they didn't get enough air circulation, but still, had hoped they'd be quicker to dry. For the advertised purpose of travelling with one pair of shoes only... I think you'd be pretty soggy if you expected to go swimming and then dancing in them on the same day.

Not the most comfortable for a jog.
Overall looks great.
Have not yet hiked with them yet.
Wish bottom of shoes were porous to allow for more breathing room.

For this kind of shoe the size needs to fit very well otherwise it feels like you loose it while walking

MONSOON ALL BLACK OLD
So far loving the shoe, the sleek black makes for an easy to match look that seems to be ready for casual everyday wear and still be ready to jump into a run. They are breathable, and I especially like that I still feel like I could climb/move/dance around in them because they allow room for me to move.

MONSOON SEA BLUE
Tried with socks & without socks, walking & running. Feeling was great! Exactly what I am looking for - a pair of multi-purpose shoes. Yet to wear them in water sports, however tried in rainy days and they performed cool as well. They dried quick. Thinking if there's a easy way for me to get one more pair of them. Any idea?

You get what is promised. Light weight shoes with a nice fit. The elastic laces let you go in and out the shoe very easily. There's one minor inconvenience about the elastic laces and that's that you get pressure on the top of your foot which irritates a bit after wearing them for a day.
Besides that, the shoes are awesome. They support your foot much more than other similar sneakers.
