Wow Alex was amazing with helping me with purchasing my BC coilover setup for my 2010 VW CC , he was so knowledgeable and easy to talk too and answeredany of my question at anytime lol. When I finally got my coilovers installed the height was perfect and the ride was amazing. I would defently recommend and would most defently will be doing business in the future. Huge shoutout to the team at Tuner Goods! Just bought my first set of coilovers for my Subaru STi and couldn't be more happy! Let me start by saying Tuner Goods has some really awesome customer service. When decided to lower my car I knew I wanted quality full Coil over set up! I first spoke with Alex through Facebook messenger. I had no idea what I needed. I told him I wanted to go pretty low and possibly stance later on. Alex helped me with figuring out what spring rate to go with. Once i was ready to order Alex gave me his personal Cell number and we spoke through there. I made my order and within a week and a half i had a tracking number for my BC coils w/ custom swift spring rates. I could not have asked for a better experience with lowering my car! Thanks again to everyone over at Tuner Goods! i will always send people their way for BC set ups!

Honestly if i could give more stars i would. Alex and mike are definitely the guys you want to talk to for coils or anything else they can help you with. I bought some bc coils for my 2016 accord sport and it was nothing but cool and easy communication and they told me exactly what was needed for my car. Also i was updated along the process about how long it would take so i couldnt complain at all. Looking forward to my future purchases.
