If I could give them negative stars I would. Do NOT trust this company. My husband did not like the underwear. He tried them on and that is all. They were never washed or worn. I returned them in the packaging in perfect condition per their return policy. I heard nothing, no refund. I finally emailed them, no response. Emailed them again. Nothing. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and magically received an email the next day. Then I was told they weren’t in the right condition so they wouldn’t refund my money. So they are keeping the product for resale and my money. Shady! I’m so disappointed that an American based company would do this.

I have tried to email and call leaving a message about my order in regards to the shipping. The first email sent no reply, when I tried contacting the same email the emails were returned as not deliverable. I called the customer service number twice and both times left voice messages for a return call and neither message was returned. after almost two weeks my deliver information has been updated and the return messages do not need to be addressed. However the customer service for this company is lacking. This is the second time I have ordered through this company and I think with the way things have been handled it will be the last.

I wish you had one product page with everything on it as opposed to having separate pages with products based on activity. Also you don’t seem to have any Gen 3 or 2 left. I believe these were the ones I bought from you years ago and I’d like to buy more.
