Some of your items are not available although it says it is available on your website and this impacted me from making an order 5 days earlier. I had to go through items one by one by item to identify which items are not available to be able to proceed.
The assistance I got from the team was not very helpful as everyone kept on saying it must be my device and not really taking the time to go through my order to to help rectify. I did have one person reach out to me to assist but he did not respond after I send over my order.
I will say however asking the team which items I should be purchasing as a 1st time user was very helpful. 2.5 Stars is my preference
