Well the quality is great. Fast shipping. Very good communication. Unfortunately the mediums are too small. I'm a 33 and described as 32 to 34. I will need to return for a large. I don't expect a problem since company is very support (there's a pun in there) oriented. I'll update.

Your sizing is off for a start as im 33 inches at the waist and medium is way to small.
The pouch is also small so i find i have to keep the string looser which means my balls still rub on my legs.
I feel the large size might also have a larger pouch as allow me to utilize the string for more comfort.
Please send me a large pair so i can give a better review

I really like UFM underwear. They are comfortable and the adjustable pouch keeps everything in place with very little adjustment. I have purchased the trunks as well as the briefs and although I like both I think the briefs may be my favorites. My order was easy and the shipment arrived in just a few days. So I would say the shopping experience was great.
