This is my second purchase of these and the first pair seems softer where the drawstring has it's enclosure. I have a little discomfort occasionally with the new pairs. Maybe it's just me. Otherwise nothing I've ever had does the job this well.

Had a bit of a challenge finding products in the right size and/or colour. Also, and this is out of your control, but a month after purchase and I have not yet received the items. Stuck in a FedEx building in New Jersey.

Hello Rob, thanks for your patience. International orders are air shipped from us to the Newark hub (2day), processed in 24 hours and then airshipped to the destination country. Even though the tracking says stuck in New Jersey, the bottle neck is actually Canadian customs. Hopefully it will clear soon and be on its way to you.

Love them, the black and grey in my size are out of stock. Tried the Max. Like the regular better, but they will work. PLEASE restock 6’ Bamboo/Large in black and grey.

Hello James, Thanks for your comments. Due to Covid-19 our supply chain has been disrupted and our stock is low on the bamboo. The factory is starting production and we hope to have them back in stock very soon.

These things are comfortable and I love that the support is customizable. It's not a matter of will these provide the support I need, it's how much support do I want today. The drawstring gently pulls your boys up and forward. They are out of the way of your thighs eliminating the need to adjust and as a bonus it makes your equipment more prominent. I'm buying more.

Started off on the wrong foot, with a delivery that didn’t match what I wanted. I don’t know who dropped the ball. So far I absolutely love your underwear. I wasn't sure from the description but the experience of wearing them proved to be very pleasant. I have been really wanting to try out these undies for a very long time. I do have a limit as to what I pay for one pair of undies. I took advantage of the Father's Day discount. Got my 2X red 3 inch boxer briefs. I initially loved them wore them around the house and watered my backyard. But. They kept sliding down. I guess because I have a sort of small and flat ass I don't have much to keep them up. I had my partner try them on. He has a big full ass. They fit him like a glove and don't slide down. I later ordered the 3X blue 3 inch boxer briefs. They stay on. But fits a tad loose. I do love the material and especially the isolating pouch. I reccomend them. But I'm sure there are great and better fitting undies that are made for bigger guys.

While the site itself and the product I really enjoy, it’s been almost a month since I paid and placed the order, still haven’t received it. While I messaged in they stated “Covid” as the delay.
